MEDITATION
My meditation journey began because I was so ill, there was literally nothing else I could do but be still. Now, I wouldn’t miss a day because my meditation practice has brought me so much peace, gratitude, healing, light, energy and insight.
pilates
I gravitated towards Pilates because it helped me get to know my body in a more balanced holistic way than any form of movement I ever experienced. I want to move my body and teach a method that is sustainable - something I can do every day and feel strong, flexible, energetic and calm.
